The HovCart electric cargo bike is the perfect solution for parents who want to enjoy outdoor family time and still be able to carry their children along with them. The HovCart features a multifunctional modular rack system mounted on the rear rack. Carries up to 450 pounds in 200 different combinations, the HovCart could load up at ease by mounting the large basket on the rear. You could also mount the children's double seat with cushion instead of the cargo basket to take the kids across town. The bike‘s sturdy and lower center design provide stable, reliable rides; you can rest assured to enjoy the family cycling time or load up the satisfying cargo.
Use the latest technology, which provides more power, more efficiently. The 1032W (Peak) 750W (Sustained) geared hub SUTTO motor, a sub-brand of Bafang, can generate max 85 Nm & 28mph. Torque helps conquer hills faster, conquer all terrain easier, speed up quicker, and experience a stronger ride and better comfortable riding.
The torque sensor pedal assist systems measure the amount of power you are putting into the pedals, and it will increase or decrease the electric assist based on your pedaling power, providing smoother acceleration, better hill-climbing capability, and improved energy efficiency. This results in a more intuitive and enjoyable ride, making torque sensing e-bikes a preferred choice for many cyclists. They are also generally found on the more expensive e-bikes or e-bike kits.
The HovCart combines the new Samsung/LG battery technology with a 5000mAh single cell capacity in a smaller size but larger diversity. This 720Wh battery efficiently improves the range, stability, and safety of HOVSCO bikes. A single charge can last up to 40 miles on pure electric power and over 60 miles with pedal-assist. The battery will maintain 80% capacity after 1000 charges.
Real-time feedback on important information such as the battery, odometer, and pedal assist level, etc can be seen on the LCD digital panel.
The well-known TEKTRO hydraulic disc braking system, which uses advanced mineral oil and has superior performance and reliability, is a better braking system than other options. It provides you with enough stopping power, no matter what the weather conditions are.

The bike was easy to assemble and all the tools needed to put it together were included. The video for assembly helped tremendously. Very solid ebike, I cannot wait to put the miles on it!! Will be ordering a trailer soon to bring the furry ones with me.

Before purchasing the HovRanger of course did a diligent effort in the research & comparison of brands/models of eBikes. I found that reviews in the Hovsco were very favorable and the best value for the features included in the eBike.
I'm a 68 year old mail suffering with COPD and heart issues.This bike is fantastic to have in my camper to get around camp grounds and scooting into town to get supplies.
I’ve been on a couple of rides so far and it is fast, really fast. I unlocked it to enabled 28 MPH and it’s easy to get it up to that speed on flat ground. I also have climbed some steep hills on pedal assist. I’m 235 lbs
I use it for excercise and usually keep it in no pedal assist or level one going out about 8 miles and then kick it into 2 to 3 going home. On the last part of my journey I am on a busy road so I kick it up to level 5 assist and go full speed so I can get off of the main street aw quickly as possible. It gets up to 29 to 31 miles an hour according to the speedo which might be optimistic. I do always wear safety gear with a helmet that has a flashing front and rear light on it so that I am seen.
I love my new bike. The pedal assist is fantastic. I love the five levels of pedal assist, in combination with the gear shifting, I can easily ride all terrain.
I’ve only used the throttle to get out of a jam and, it’s nice to use it to get started but, not necessary. It’s very smooth.
So far I’m loving my bike. Bike came quickly and was very easy to assemble. Quality is great. Looking forward to riding it in the park.
This is a fantastic bike. I am so glad that I picked the hovranger! Simple to put together and a perfect rider. I put on 20 miles during my first ride. Everything feels so natural. I love the workout I get on this bike and have no issue getting my heart rate up when I want to.

One of the best performers for power class. Must be the lower weight
The bike helps me to get around to work, shopping, Physical Therapy, etc. I hate using the inefficient public transit out here. They weren't reliable before the pandemic and have gotten worse since then. Plus it aids me on my journey to getting into and staying in shape.
I use it to get out of the house and not stay inside because there is nothing close to my house i have to use my cheap old bike to get to the actual good biking spots and fun spots to bike at. Having an ebike really helps a lot!
